Chapter 3 The Plot Within the Plot

Head to the Hall of Foundation Stones in Dornogar and accept the quest from Gazluvi and Reggic When Opportunity Blows the Door to begin your adventure to Andromeda. You’ll travel to the Cape of Opportunity, where you’ll help the erratic goblins complete a series of quests before catching a rig to Andromeda at the Ditchside Rocket Station. Upon arrival, you’ll rejoin Monte Gazluvi.

While exploring Andromeda, you’ll visit a number of places, some of which are of particular significance

Mangan Central Station The main station for the Rocket Rig train that transports passengers between the Noisy Deep Cave and Andromeda.

Interoceanic Hotel This is the first stop on your Andromeda adventure. According to Parks Tight, the hotel’s concierge, the Intercontinental is a boutique of the boutiques, centrally located, not overcrowded with dark-rope hoodlums, and the cockroach population is effectively under control.

The Galleria With its colorful lights and geodesic opulence, the Galleria is sure to be a treat for the eyes.

Demolition Dome The Demolition Dome is home to the new PvP arena, the Bloody Paddock, and is not for the faint of heart.

It’s all about who you know, or who knows you.

If you need something in Andromeda, you need to know the right people. The leaders of the four Zaibatsu are all famous goblins, such as Monte Gazluvi, the great Zaibatsu Rivigaz, Marin Nogfog, and Glinra Fitzcrank, and a fifth Zaibatsu will also be making an appearance.

The plutocrats of Andromeda are always looking for temporary contract laborers for short-term, week-long odd jobs. You are free to choose your allies, but your experience in Andromeda will vary depending on which plutocrat you choose. It’s up to you to decide which plutocrat you want to join, and the Katie Boardwalk Ring at the Interoceanic Hotel will also help you make your choice. Once you’ve earned any Zaibatsu’s Prestige in the new Open World Prestige Route, you’ll be able to unlock unique merchandise, including awesome new Achievement Titles and a rocket mount, the Tight Express, as a reward for all your hard work.

Rusty Water

Rustwater Plutocrat is Monte Gazluvi’s henchman. From genius inventors to demolition experts, some of the smartest goblins of all time have come from the Rustwater Plutocrats, including Gazluvi, Hobart, Hookhammer, and even Gary Vickers, who used to be a Rustwater goblin. The news of their joining the Horde had caused a sensation, but in Andromeda, they needed all the friends they could get. Look for the Rustwater plutocrats busy with their business outside the Rustwater Plains near the Broken Dome.

Blackwater.

Though the Blackwater bandits are the newest of the plutocrats, they’ve long been calling the shots in the shipping and luxury vacation industry with the great plutocrat Rivigaz at the helm. No matter what cargo, no matter where or when, they can ship it, completely clean and legal. Well, basically legal. All of their business is conducted out of the Blackwater Marina in Andromeda.

Hot sand.

Marin Nogfog is the Trade Prince of the Hot Sands Plutocracy. The Hot Sands Plutocracy is the oldest and largest plutocracy in Andromeda, and they have had their hands in almost every line of business in Azeroth and the other side of the world. Now under the leadership of Nogfog, they have shifted their business focus to high-grade alchemy. The activities of the Hot Sands Plutocrats can be seen everywhere in the Potting Tank Workshop area of Andromeda.

Ventures.

Some may question the means by which Venture Capital firms acquire resources, but industry would be unsustainable without the raw materials to back it up. You want to be well-dressed, get a book club. You want to build something big, get a venture capital firm. Although there’s no one really in charge, Glinda Fitzclank does her best to keep things in order. Venture Capital operates out of the Rust and Waste Yard in Andromeda.

A new dungeon. Operation Sluice.

It’s a race against time to not let Darkso and Venture Capital blow up the dams and reduce the Noisy Deep Cave to an ocean. Operation Sluice consists of two main areas, Fort Hydro and G R I D . You’ll only be able to hit these annoying goblins hard if you pull out all the stops, but before you head out, be sure to take the quest at Parks Tight End Sluice Operation Remove Trash .

Chief.

Beware Master Electrician Geezer Hyper Shock !

Boss Lady A prototype mech piloted by Silva Laminator, codenamed Boss Lady, has been deployed to the Fort Hydrogen area for operational security, tasked with escorting Garry Vickers’ plots. The mech is equipped with a dazzling array of communication devices, augmented by Darkso’s black-blooded experiments.

DEMOLITION DUO ZIZA Darko and Blount are a Venture Capital think-tank hitman duo that Garvix has signed on to demolish and remodel the dam at Fort Hydro. Ziza is eager to wreak havoc, while Blount is eager to clean up the mess she leaves behind.

The Marsh Face A dormant beast lies beneath the riverbed of the Nenenberg. A commotion near the dam awakens Swampface, who emerges from the mire dazed and angry, intent on crushing the first thing that moves.

Geezer Hypershock At the heart of the Hydroborg Dam, master electrician Geezer Hypershock is drawing power for the project. If Geezer is desperate, and Gary Vickers’ plot is on the verge of ending, he will channel that energy into Andromeda, and himself!
