We have conducted a two-pronged investigation 1. We have reviewed all customer service and GM behaviors, and have found no irregularities or errors in the distribution of items. 2.

2 We checked the character logs of the players involved and found that props were added directly to their accounts when they logged in after the 11 0 7 update. Among them were unavailable props such as the Blue Tropical Set. We synchronized this information to Blizzard in the first instance. After checking by the development team, some props were incorrectly added to random accounts during the 11 0 7 update due to a bug.

After the national service feedback related to the problem, Blizzard also found the same situation in other regional servers. Feedback from players also appeared one after another in the external forums.

At present, the development team is working hard to investigate and solve the problem, and the national service team will continue to pay attention to the progress of this incident and cooperate with Blizzard to complete the follow-up work.

The props sent in error will be recalled in the future, and the players who received them will certainly not be penalized.

The feedback and supervision of players in the national service is very important to the global operation of World of Warcraft. Of course, players are urged not to misunderstand or even malign the players who received the props by mistake, as they are not privileged players.
