Back in the last week I have previewed Click to view , on today, March 10, 2025, City Skylines celebrates its 10th birthday, let’s wish City Skylines a happy birthday! To commemorate the 10th anniversary of City Skylines, CO has prepared a series of activities, including 2 creator packs and 1 radio update for Skylines 1, 3 creator packs 3 radio updates and free updates for Skylines 2, check it out below!

CO says that the original idea behind the creation of the Colossal Order was to create a city builder that would bring more freedom and creativity to the cities that players could build. In City Skylines, that dream has not only come true, but thanks to the continued support of the wonderful fans who have given them the opportunity to continue to grow and build this game and the community years after its release and make it even further than expected. It’s been an incredible journey that’s taught us so much there’s still more to teach, and in the end an eternal thank you to all those who made it possible and joined us along the way.

One 3 creator packs for Skylines 2 3 radio stations and free updates

First up is the Chinese Style Traditional Architecture Content Creator Pack Dragon Neighborhood , which allows you to create a vibrant Chinese style market district. Allow citizens to stroll through shopping streets decorated with classic elements such as lanterns and store signs.

Or a traditional temple that adds a touch of East Asian flavor to the cityscape.

Featuring vibrant red and gold colors, the Dragon Gate Hotel brings the fiery charm and elegance of Chinese architecture to your city.

The pagodas are also highly Chinese in flavor!

Then there’s the Leisure & Entertainment Venues Content Creator’s Pack, which includes delightful dining venues Serene parks Thrilling sports facilities Nightlife venues to enhance your city’s entertainment scene. Skyline 1’s Nightlife After Dark DLC to be reincarnated in Skyline 2?

Finally, the Mediterranean Heritage Content Creator Pack, which includes a range of historic buildings from the 15th to 19th centuries from regions such as Italy Spain Portugal and the South of France, can bring a touch of Southern European elegance and modernity to cities.

Based on the price of the previous creator packs, these three packs should also be priced at CNY36. Then come the radio stations

The Atmospheric Piano channel focuses on piano music, featuring delicate melodies that provide a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere for city building, and is paired with the Mediterranean Heritage content creator pack.

The Emerald Road Radio Station is a blend of traditional and modern music showcasing the rich culture and heritage of China, paired with the Dragon Neighborhood Content Creator Pack.

Pleasure Funk Radio features some of the vibrant rhythms of the 70’s, including deep bass line rhythms and soft disco styles, paired with the Leisure & Entertainment Venue Content Creator Pack.

Based on the previous price of the radio, all three packs should also be priced at CNY28. The above Skylines 2 update will be officially released on March 8th!

Last but not least is the free update for Skyline 2. This 10th anniversary will see 10 new parks added, along with the previously fixed bugs, and this time around, the Skyline 2 price tag comes to an all-time low of RMB 198!

The new parks added are mainly Chirper the Chirping Bird Chirper themed.

II 2 creator packs for Skylines 1 1 radio station and free update

First up is the Emerging Downtown creator pack, which includes a variety of new buildings ranging from small weathered buildings to refurbished modern designs for building new areas of the city.

Then there’s the Countryside creator pack, which includes local food markets quaint town halls cozy country libraries and more, and even a small country police station guarded by only a few sheriff’s deputies in an idyllic setting of quiet country life.

Finally, there’s Harvest Harmony Radio, which helps players escape the hustle and bustle and head to the countryside to hear the harmonies of the harvest.

There’s also a free update for Skyline 1, which will add three new parks for this 10th anniversary, and this time Skyline 1 will be able to be played for free from March 18th to March 24th!

Each park dynamically adapts to the DLC you own creating a personalized tribute to each player’s unique city-building journey.

Additionally, starting March 13th at 18:00 CET, 1:00 BST the following day, City Skylines 1 will be turning on a monthly paid DLC subscription service that provides full access to all DLC, including future DLC, as an option separate from owning the DLC. Discounts will be offered for those who own most of the DLC. As you know P is known for having a lot of DLC Cities Skylines 1 and 2 will also be participating in this month’s steam city build festival with corresponding promotions and events.
