In order to further implement Shanghai’s three-year action plan to promote the high-quality development of the conference and exhibition economy and create an international conference and exhibition capital in 2023 and 2025, and to cultivate a batch of internationally renowned conference and exhibition projects that are in a leading position in the world in the field of industry segments, the Shanghai Association of the Conference and Exhibition Industry (SACOE) will launch the 2024 Shanghai Brand Exhibitions and Excellent Exhibitions Selection Activity at the beginning of January, 2025, and release it for the whole industry.

After the release of the activity, the Association received a total of 112 exhibitions with a total exhibition area of 11.39 million, accounting for more than 70% of the area of exhibitions to be held in major venues in Shanghai in 2024. After the strict evaluation by the expert evaluation committee organized by the Association, the 112 participating projects were comprehensively considered based on a multi-dimensional evaluation system including exhibition scale, history, growth indicators, internationalization level, innovative highlights and industry ranking.

After consideration by the expert group, the nominated projects were finally selected and announced on the official website of the Association for a week. By the end of the publicity period, the Association did not receive any objections about the nominated projects and the corresponding reporting enterprises. In the end, ChinaJoy was honored as the 2024 Shanghai Brand Exhibition!

The 22nd China International Digital Interactive Entertainment Expo, or ChinaJoy for short, will be held from August 1 to 4, 2025 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.

2025 ChinaJoy also released the main visual and new exhibition slogan Gather What You Love! ChinaJoy will continue to strengthen its game-oriented positioning, further enhance the internationalization of the show, and attract more core users to visit the show through a series of innovative content and activities.
