Blizzard has released a blue post with tweaks to some items as follows

1 The Intelligence and Endurance values provided by the Dawn of the Fallen Sunset and Pike Silk Cloth enchantment threads in Battle for the Fall of the Earth have been adjusted to match the Agility Strength and Endurance values provided by their corresponding armor pieces for better balance. These changes apply to existing enchantments and do not require the reapplication of magic threads to update the values.

Developer’s Note This is a significant increase in most cases, but the 1-star and 2-star qualities of the Barracudas enchantment are less effective. For example, a 3-star quality Sunset Magic Thread changes from 747 Intelligence 230 Endurance to 930 Intelligence 895 Endurance. Meanwhile, the 2-star quality of the Pike Silk Cloth Magic Thread changes from 536 Intelligence to 525 Intelligence.

2 Remaining Bronze Celebration Award Coins from the 20th Anniversary event have been converted to Time Warp Badges. The conversion ratio is 20 Time Warp Badges per Bronze Celebration Coin, matching the box at the event merchant.

3 The mana restoration effect of Suraj Zealot’s Badge has been reduced by 50 , and requires direct healing to trigger.

Developer’s Notes As Season 1 progressed, and as teams acquired more of these rare necklaces, their effects impacted blue control more than expected. This is especially true for Restoration Druids, who trigger it more often than other heals.

4 Wasteland Type 9001 The lifesteal threshold for triggering the absorb effect has been reduced to 60 Originally 75 , and the amount absorbed has been increased by 10 .

5 Bardic Citrine’s healing effect on Damage Output and Tank Specializations reduced by 33 .
